One of the latest additions to the airport’s revamped food court is this excellent Nepalese restaurant, which serves the country’s traditional spicy curries. On the menu: a beef aalu curry cooked with diced potatoes, lamb mula (with peppers and other vegetables), and chicken bhanta with eggplant.
