The mouthwatering “Jasian” cuisine (a fusion of Asian and Jamaican) includes Chinese-spiced chicken with callaloo wontons and grilled pineapple, carrot-and-lemongrass soup, and black pepper–crusted beef tenderloin. The fresh flowers, formal table settings, adults-only policy, and dress code (no flip-flops or shorts) set the tone for a fine-dining experience.
