The flagship of chef Donald Link, Herbsaint does not traffic in tasting menus and inch-thick wine lists. It is, rather, a lovely, internationally influenced bistro that serves rustic gumbos alongside olive oil–seared gnocchi with lemon.
We loved: Bacony pan-roasted chicken with shell beans; smothered kurobuta pork belly with hopping John and collard greens.
