This sleek, lime green diner in Nové Mesto (New Town) has an award-winning design that includes chrome accents, a large digital clock, cone-shaped glass light fixtures, and rotating contemporary art. Diverting from the traditional Czech menu of goulash and dumplings, Dynamo serves an extensive variety of European and Mediterranean dishes that are both generously portioned and well priced. Entrées such as medallions of lamb with raspberry sauce are served alongside vegetarian options like battered aubergine with mozzarella and tomato sauce. There’s also a full bar serving local wine and beer as well as a huge variety of single malt scotches.
