Walk through Clinton Street Baking Co. & Restaurant’s red storefront and behind the counter you’ll see big red letters commanding you: “EAT.” You definitely want to comply: among the American menu's many accolades are the blueberry pancakes, just one of many flavors served all day, and owner Neil Kleinberg's biscuits (Martha Stewart named him "King of Biscuits"). Though Neil and his wife, co-owner DeDe Lahman, have created a more diverse dinner menu with such favorites as buttermilk fried chicken and waffles and spicy shrimp and grits, the Everyday Menu's breakfast options draw the crowds.

The three blocks of Clinton Street between Houston and Delancy have become the Lower East Side's "Restaurant Row."
