No restaurant captures SoCal beach chic as beautifully as this new seafood place with floor-to-ceiling windows off the beach in Santa Monica. Chef Michael Reardon prepares exceptional crudo, but he’s also adept with kurobuta pork loin.
We loved: Kampachi crudo with sea beans and aged soy; raw mackerel with ginger juice and mustard oil.
