What a ripoff!

We had a terrible experience at Cap Pep. We ordered 4 tapas which we thought we 5 euros apiece. When we got our bill we were charged 30 euros ($45) for 4 shrimp. Our total bill was 52 euros. What a ripoff! We felt the waiter deliberately overcharged us becaue we were Americans.
