Berlin
Café im Literaturhaus
This unique café is housed inside an 1882 building and exists in order to celebrate and promote German literature. The restaurant and café occupy two rooms in the building, and outdoor seating is available in the garden when the weather permits. The selection of dishes includes steaks, noodles, and tuna salad. A bookstore occupies the basement of the building, while the rest of the space is used for lecture halls and to house temporary exhibitions that can be toured for a small fee.
Insider Tip:
After visiting the café, stroll one block to the Ku’damm to do some shopping.
