C5 Restaurant Lounge
100 Queen's Park, 5th floor
The panoramic fifth-floor space, part of Daniel Libeskind's addition to the museum, sets the scene for Ted Corrado's progressive cross-cultural cooking. Follow the porcini linguine with a vacuum-poached vindaloo-scented lamb loin.
From the May 2008 Food & Wine Go List
Cantilevered over the city in Daniel Libeskind’s new addition to the Royal Ontario Museum, C5 has a gorgeous view of the skyline. In the open kitchen, chef Ted Corrado, who has worked at Rain and Luce, produces refined “Toronto cuisine”—meaning multicultural.
We loved: C5 Raw Tasting: a plate of small bites like beef tartare and quail egg, and oyster in Prosecco granita.
