The Bistro serves prepared snacks, such as focaccia with locally sourced hams and cheeses, fruit salads, fresh-squeezed apple juice (a German favorite), and yogurt-based lassis in many flavors (pear, mango), as well as Bavarian beer, all from certified organic farms and with no additives.
