SWEEPSTAKES: OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY
The "Travel + Leisure City Guides Escapes" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") presented by Infiniti is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, except employees of American Express Publishing ("Sponsor"), Time Inc., Nissan North America, Inc. and their affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.travelandleisure.com/cityguides, and complete and submit the registration form located at the website. To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, online entries must be received between 12:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on February 15, 2008 and 11:59 PM EST on August 15, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Please note that there will be one (1) winner selected in five (5) random drawings on the dates specified below. All eligible entries received by the ending date of entry period will be included in the applicable random drawing as further detailed in the chart below:

PRIZES
Five (5) grand prize winners will have the option to choose one (1) trip from the following trip getaways created by Travel + Leisure (i) A trip for two (2) to New York City, including two (2) coach airlines tickets (to a maximum value of $1,000 and flying to Newark, La Guardia or JFK airport), a double occupancy, standard hotel room hotel for four (4) nights, and five (5) days at a four star hotel in New York City. In addition, Travel + Leisure will provide concierge services and book restaurant reservations and other activities (e.g. spa appointments) aligning with the Travel + Leisure City Guides' content. The winner will receive $2,000 worth of American Express Gift Certificates which can be used to pay for the restaurant meals and/or other activities. (ii) A trip for two (2) to Miami, Florida including two (2) coach airlines tickets (to a maximum value of $1,000 and flying to Miami International Airport), a double occupancy, standard hotel room hotel for four (4) nights, and five (5) days at a four star hotel in Miami, and a $2,000 American Express Gift Certificate. In addition, Travel + Leisure will provide concierge services and book restaurant reservations and other activities (e.g. spa appointments) aligning with the Travel + Leisure City Guides' content. The $2,000 worth of American Express Gift Certificates can be used to pay for the restaurant meals and/or other activities. (iii) One A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California, including two (2) coach airlines tickets (to a maximum value of $1,000 and flying to Los Angeles International Airport), a double occupancy, standard hotel room hotel for four (4) nights, and five (5) days at a four (4) star hotel in Los Angeles, and a $2,000 American Express Gift Certificate. In addition, Travel + Leisure will provide concierge services and book restaurant reservations and other activities (e.g. spa appointments) aligning with the Travel + Leisure City Guides' content. The $2,000 worth of American Express Gift Certificates can be used to pay for the restaurant meals and/or other activities. (iv) A trip for two (2) to San Francisco, California, including two (2) coach airlines tickets (to a maximum value of $1,000 and flying to San Francisco International Airport), a double occupancy, standard hotel room hotel for four (4) nights, and five (5) days at a four star hotel in San Francisco, and a $2,000 American Express Gift Certificate. In addition, Travel + Leisure will provide concierge services and book restaurant reservations and other activities (e.g. spa appointments) aligning with the Travel + Leisure City Guides' content. The $2,000 worth of American Express Gift Certificates can be used to pay for the restaurant meals and/or other activities. Each trip must be completed by December 31, 2009. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $ 5,000. ARV of all prizes: $25,000. Restrictions and blackout dates on hotel and flights availability apply. Actual value of trips prizes may vary depending on day/time of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. Prize packages do not include room taxes, daily service fee, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, passenger facility charges (PFCs), security charges, departure taxes, or any incidentals or other expenses not specifically described in these Official Rules, for which winners are solely responsible. Each Grand Prize winner and travel companions are responsible for all required travel documentation. All federal, state, local and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions by winners or cash equivalents are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes for one of equal or greater value.

SELECTION OF WINNER
Winners will be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail on or about April 4, 2008, May 9, 2008, June 13, 2008, July 18, 2008 and August 29, 2008, and will be given instructions on how to claim prizes. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within ten (10) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner's travel companion will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal). If the companion is a minor, the winner must be that minor's parent or legal guardian and must execute a Liability/Publicity Release on behalf of the minor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, you release Sponsor, Time Inc., Nissan North America, Inc., and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all other associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness without compensation for promotion purposes.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
