These beachfront cottages, tucked away in a peaceful coconut grove, were built in the early 1900s for sugar plantation employees. Restored and individually decorated with knickknacks and rattan, mahogany, and wicker furniture of the era, they really feel like early 20th-century homes, each with a kitchen and a front porch overlooking a wide grassy lawn. Body wraps, body scrubs, facials, acupuncture, and yoga are available in the on-site spa. There’s a beachside pool as well as several beaches nearby.
Room to Book: Cottage 87 is the most private on the property, and a little farther from the beach crowd.
