I visited UXUA Casa Hotel earlier in the year and was blown away by the place. The Qaudrado in Trancoso one of the most beautiful and natural settings you can imagine. No cars, just wild horses grazing and locals playing football. The views over the ocean are spectacular also. I stayed in the Gulab Mahal casa, which is one of the casas that faces the Qaudrado. I would recommend staying in this casa if you can as it one of the best ones for sure.
