At the tip of Mexico's Baja peninsula, One & Only Palmilla takes moonlight serenades seriously. Excellent service (even better for not being too overbearing). Great views. Room was very nice; only (!)complaint was that bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade, but that seems to be true of most Mexican hotels not built in the last couple years.
