Designer Marcel Wanders set out to create a “Sleeping Beauty’s castle” for South Beach, and with details such as a grand spiral staircase and crystal chandelier showerheads, he’s produced a hotel that’s whimsical as well as peaceful. The pool is surrounded by gardens with secluded corners, and an expansive terrace looks out on Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.
