Insider Tip: This is one of few Roman hotels that still offer the “full-board” option: the old-fashioned European tradition of paying a nightly supplement to eat dinner in the hotel’s dining room. Room to Book: The sixth-floor Wedding Suite (room no. 60) has a private terrace with a gorgeous view over the Colosseum. It’s the only suite in the house, so book well in advance.
