Indigo Pearl

Indigo Pearl’s rough-hewn aesthetic was inspired by its past: architect Bill Bensley (who also worked on the Four Seasons Koh Samui, left) played upon the site’s history as a tin mine when he retrofitted the 277-room property with polished-concrete floors, steel beams, and machinery-inspired sculptures. The industrial austerity is tempered by glimmering Thai silks on pillows and chairs, plush beds, and freestanding bathtubs. The complex includes a cooking school, fitness center, library, full-service spa, and a kid’s club, providing a whole slew of leisurely pursuits.
