This Hyatt is sprawling (602 good-sized rooms), but the pools and gardens are so extensive and ingeniously designed that the place never feels crowded. Adults enjoy the calm river pool and a spa in a lush garden, while kids brave the 150-foot slide into the politely termed "active pool". There's plenty of land activities as well, including golf and tennis.
