Cobblers Cove

Located on the famous Platinum Coast, this 40-suite beachfront hotel is built around a former sugar plantation established in 1941. The original pink-hued plantation house now contains the lobby and two luxury suites, each with its own private plunge pool. Situated in 10 two-story cottages, the standard suites are individually decorated with a kitchenette, a private terrace, and four-poster beds with pineapple- or fish-shaped accents. All suites overlook either the ocean or the tropical garden. The property also includes an outdoor pool, a spa, and the oceanfront Terrace Restaurant, serving island-inspired cuisine such as pan-seared mahi mahi with plantain fritters.
