You might say that this St. Lucia hotel, with hilltop views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring island, Martinique, has two distinct personalities. Thanks to its location on the island’s northern coast, the 49-room hacienda, a former 1,500-acre sugar plantation, exudes a sense of peace and quiet.
