Starting Point: Mount Vernon Square, Massachusetts Ave. NW and 7th St. NW, Washington, D.C.
- Head NORTH on 7th Ave. and turn RIGHT onto New York Ave. NW.
- Continue on New York Ave. for almost 5 miles until becomes US-50 E/John Hanson Hwy.
- Continue on US-50 E and cross over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
- Continue on US-50 E and cross over the Kent Narrows Bridge.
- About 4 miles after the Kent Narrows Bridge, US-50 E and US-301 N split. Continue on US-50 E for about 15 miles until Chapel Rd.
- On Chapel Rd., turn RIGHT.
- At MD-656/N Washington St., turn LEFT and continue into Easton.
