You Can Eat a Burger That Looks Like a Pokémon

If you're into Pokémon, there's a good chance you're going to love these Pokéburgers.

Hashtag Burgers—a restaurant group in Australia—has introduced a new menu item at their spot, Down-N-Out (a regional play off of the ever-popular In-N-Out, we're sure). The burgers are themed after three Pokémon characters: Pikachu, Bulbasaur, and Charmander.

A rep from Hastag Burgers shared a few words on the creation with Mashable Australia: “The flavors and the ingredients match the Pokémon's color. The Charmander is a little bit spicy, there's kind of a volcanic cheese dripping off it. The Bulbasaur is grassy and cleaner, but it tastes like a Big Mac actually—which is quite nice. The Pikachu is a bit sillier, with our 'tiger fries' through it."

THIS IS NOT A DRILL! Ever wondered what a Pikachu tastes like? Us neither but considering we can't catch one to save our lives, were more than happy to let this be as close as we get to having our very own. @hashtag_burgers have just announced that after weeks of experimenting, they will be releasing a limited release of Pokemon burgers at their @downnout popup as this weeks special... and they taste every bit as good as we've come to expect from these lads. The Charmander, with its red American cheese and Doritos, is our favourite but they'll all blow you away. Plus they're freakin' adorable! Head to the @downnout_ page for deets and we will see you in line. Gotta catch 'em all! #pokemongo #sydneyfood #fbas

Each burger will cost you around $11, and you'd better hurry: They're available in limited quantities until September 3.
