Flights to Asia are available at a major discount right now — and you can find deals for a number of destinations all throughout this year and next.

According to Scott’s Cheap Flights, travelers can score tickets to Shanghai for nearly half the average price from cities all across the United States and Canada.

For only $448, for example, Boston-based travelers can fly to this sprawling Chinese city in mid-February (and even arriving in time for the Chinese New Year festivities).

Tickets to Shanghai can also be booked for less than $500 from Dallas ($493), Los Angeles ($493), Portland ($461), Seattle ($436), and San Francisco ($452).

It’s not just Shanghai that’s on sale right now, either.

In either April or January, New York City-based travelers can catch a one-stop flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport to Singapore for $514 round-trip. For the same price, travelers can also fly to Bangkok.

And in November, the Airfare Spot found $473 round-trip flights from Chicago to Beijing, while flights from Boston with Air Canada are only $443. There are also low fares from Phoenix, Arizona and Orlando, Florida.

For a brief time in September, Californians can get tickets to China for as little as $384 round-trip. Flights depart from both San Francisco and Los Angeles.
