Club Med, in case you haven't heard, has expanded beyond its swinging reputation from the 70s to include very nice resorts, indeed. The brand caters to families at some hotels, and couples and singles at others. Until November 2, you can book a weeklong trip anytime between now and April 30 and pay just $799 per person (the charge for kids is half that). A lot of the 80 Club Med resorts are participating, so choose the one that suits your trip best and take a very long weekend.
