“The largest collection of Marvel superheroes and villains ever assembled on a cruise ship.”
Marvel fans will get a chance to cruise with their favorite superheroes next year, aboard each of the seven Disney Magic sailings, set to depart from New York City starting next fall.
The day-long celebration aboard the cruises, called Marvel Day at Sea, will feature photo sessions with Marvel characters like Spider Man, Thor, and Captain America, Marvel-themed trivia competitions, games, and arts and crafts sessions, and exclusive film screenings.
Guests will get a chance to check out the latest Marvel releases and Disney XD shows like “Marvel’s Avengers Assemble,” “Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man,” and “Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.”
Plus, fans will get to kick back with their favorites at a deck party, which Disney Cruise Line claims will have “the largest collection of Marvel superheroes and villains ever assembled on a cruise ship.”
The new Marvel Day at Sea will take place on the seven- and eight-night Disney Magic Bahamian cruises, which leave from New York on October 6, 14, and 28, and on November 4, 11, and 18 of next year, and include a day at the Walt Disney World Resort.
The Marvel-packed adventure will also be available on one of the seven-night Canadian coast cruises, which will be leaving from New York on October 21 and make stops in Charlottetown, Sydney, and Halifax.
