I like very much this article.
I have tried two of the mentioned hotels, L'Abbaye & Saint Beuve. Excellent hotels.
This month I found a new jewel that would fit into this category: Hôtel Fontaines du Luxembourg. Affordable luxury just next to Luxembourg Gardens. Lovely, cosy, friendly, stunning decoration. I loved it. A mixture of contemporary design and classic furnitures. I found out that this is a XVII century building and you can see all the original stones and wooden beans are kept.
