Comment on: (Venue) Disney's Polynesian Resort

Unbelievable, perhaps, but we had a hard time convincing our 7- and 9-year-olds to leave the Polynesian's pool and go to the Magic Kingdom. The zero-entry main pool has a thrilling waterslide through a fake volcano (seriously fun--I squealed the whole trip down every time) and a lovely waterfall under which my daughter lingered, floating dreamily.

Our building, Tuvalu, was a three-minute walk from the Transportation Center, down a well-lit landscaped path, frequented by little green anole lizards and few other visitors (a rarity in Disney World).
