For any person living in a so-called FREE COUNTRY, Quebec City is absolutely the one place where everbody visiting from ANY COUNTRY but, PARTICULARLY, our Great Neighbors to the South of here, are welcomed WITH OPEN HARMS.

A few years ago I created a slogan that said in French : '' Québec vous tend les bras et vous ouvre son coeur, venez vous y blottir'' which translated into English would sound like : '' Quebec City stretches its harms and open its Heart, come and cuddle into them'' and that slogan, although never used officially because of Technical Reasons, always applies and all visitors can be assured that this Feeling of Warmth and Kindness and Willingness to always Help you is TYPICALLY Quebecer.

I wish and pray that all who can afford to come to Quebec, do it, by Car or Plane or Ship, DO IT !

You will return home with a magnificient feeling of Love and Friendship towards all people of Good Will.
