Okay, so they're a little too big to include in a traditional Easter egg hunt, but c'mon, would you even want to hide these beauties?
The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg, is celebrating the holiday by adorning on-property Autostadt Park—an über design-y park dedicated to the automobile (auto = car; stadt = city)—with some 45 giant Easter-inspired sculptures. Each six-foot-tall egg is uniquely painted—some like traditional speckled Easter eggs, some like pool balls, and others a bit more abstract—by a slew of German artists, like Beate Terfloth, Susanne Paesler, and Caro Suerkemper. The eggs, a tradition at the property that began in 2002 (they are redesigned each year), will remain on display at least through April 11. So if you're in the area, be sure to stop by! (And then check out the park's many other features, which include stunning architecture, more artwork, and films.)
