We may not all get to stay in a summer home in the Hamptons, but Coastal Living is giving visitors a taste of the tony life with its first-ever showhouse in the New York beach community. This year’s custom-built home is in Bridgehampton and will be open for tours beginning June 11.
“I’m thrilled to introduce this year’s home in one of America’s most coveted beach locations,” said Steele Marcoux, editor of Coastal Living (which shares a parent company with T+L). “Everything about the house is stunning, from its secluded, beautiful setting to its timeless, traditional architectural details. Our designer, Meg Braff, is a color genius, and you’ll see one of our favorite design trends, the revival of vintage wallpaper patterns, on full display.”
The stunning 6,800 square-foot home is the 33rd house created by the magazine and features seven bedrooms, three fireplaces, a movie theater, pool, pool house, and gym.
Visitors can check out the stunning space through September 4, on Thursdays through Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets for tours are $35 each, with a portion of the proceeds going to Conscience Point Shellfish Hatchery.
If touring the house isn’t enough for you, it’s also on sale for just over $4.5 million.
