Canceled flights: 1,047 out of 36,660

Occupying the same top slot as last year, American Eagle managed to cancel a whopping 2.9 percent of its flight operations this May. In 2009, its numbers were lower (819 of 37,408 flights canceled), but its overall performance hasn’t changed.
