The Venice Beach Freakshow, Venice Beach, CA

Break-dancers, jugglers, and other street performers jostle for space on Venice Beach’s see-and-be-seen boardwalk. But it gets stranger than that. Right on the boardwalk, this freak-show showcases living multiheaded animals as well as artifacts from the early sideshow days.

Strange Factor: The collection of 75-plus living animals with multiple heads includes Lenny and Squiggy (the two-headed albino hognose snake) and Pancho and Lefty (the two-headed bearded dragon).
