It’s a windmill-laden island with the nonstop party spirit of St.-Tropez—which also happens to be a great value at the moment. Beach days on Mykonos extend well into the night, so if you are looking for romance (wallflowers, this island is not for you), it wouldn’t be bad to start at one of the many chichi waterfront bars like Caprice in the Little Venice neighborhood.
