The World's Best Values

What does value mean to you?Using results from our recent World's Best survey, we've singled out the hotels that earned the highest ratings for value. Here, we list their scores and the price as of March 1 for a standard double room. The winners reveal that, for Travel + Leisure readers, cost is only part of the equation. Scan the lists and you'll find that although hotels in countries with favorable exchange rates (Canada, Mexico, Thailand) do exceptionally well, so do others that come with high price tags ($985 a night, anyone?). The key is the experience: whether it's an African safari camp with amazing game drives or a Balinese hideaway with an out-of-this-world spa, what these hotels give you is far more than a room.
