On Sunday, 433 balloonist took to the skies in Chamblet-Bussieres, France. This feat broke the world record for the most hot-air balloons taking off simultaneously in one place. The previous record was 391 balloons back in 2013 at the very same spot. It makes sense considering the location is home to the biannual Lorraine Mondial Air Balloons event. It's hard to put the scene into words, so here's a quick aerial view of the spectacle:
