One Runner's Morning Jog Turns Into a Stunning Tour of the French Alps

In most instances, the thought of recording a daily run doesn't recall the most intriguing of scenes—unless you're Sebastien Montaz-Rosset. The runner recently decided to sport a camera on one of his morning runs through the French Alps. Considering he lives in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc—an are nestled at the junction of Italy, France, and Switzerland known for its resorts—it shouldn't come as a terrible surprise that his morning scenery is most likely a little bit more, say, scenic than yours. Case and point: He kicks off his exercise with a quick splash of freshly melted mountain snow to the face. Take that, common water bottle.

Given the region's rocky terrain, the entire jaunt becomes more of an obstacle course run than a run-of-the-mill jog. Check out the video above, but be warned: If heights aren't your thing, you're in for a few white-knuckled moments.
