This month, the Royal Shakespeare Company takes its staging of Euripides' Hecuba to Washington, D.C. (Kennedy Center, 2700 F St. NW; 800/444-1324; www.kennedy-center.org; from $25). Vanessa Redgrave plays the former queen of Troy—her first role for the RSC in 40 years. The production will move to the Brooklyn Academy of Music in June.
