T+L Reports: The Ferry, Reinvented, in Hong Kong

Like this article?

When Hong Kong–based chef Calvin Yeung (Hutong, Aqua) decided to take his popular Chinese cuisine to Victoria Harbour, he turned to two of the city's last remaining master craftsmen to design his boat. The result: Aqua Luna (852/2116-8821; $23, including one drink), a traditional junk that traverses the bay eight times a day. Stylish passengers sip tropical fruit–spiked mojitos and snack on lemongrass prawns as they mingle on the vessel's two teak decks.
