There's something wafting through the air, and pedestrians on New York's hazy streets are breathing a fresh sigh of relief. Ozocar (866/696-5966; www.ozocar.com; $50 per hour), the first eco-luxury limo service in the United States, employs Lexus and Toyota hybrids that use 70 percent less fuel than your average gas-guzzler. Don't expect a no-frills ride—the super-sleek design, onboard laptops, Wi-Fi, and satellite radio keep the environmentally savvy jet set cruising down Fifth Avenue in style. Although the conscientious cars were just introduced in the Big Apple, they've been such a success that fleets will roll out in London by September, followed by service in five other cities across Europe and the States.
