At Turks and Caicos' Somerset on Grace Bay (649/946-5900; www.thesomerset.com; doubles from $285), the 82-foot grass course, opening in October, will have a pro staff to coach neophytes. Modern-day golf rules replace old-school etiquette at Jamaica's Half Moon resort (866/648-6951; www.halfmoon.com; doubles from $275). And on Antigua, Jumby Bay (888/767-3966; www.jumbybayresort.com; doubles from $750) is hosting weekly tournaments on—surprise!—an AstroTurf lawn.
