The effort reached more than 15 million people, one of the travel industry’s largest crowdsourcing campaigns.
Why It’s a Winner: While they could have just as easily relied on suit-and-tie executives to decide what everyone else might want, Finnair used actual passengers—sourced through their social channels—to find ways to improve their service.
