T+L Reports: Smooth Moves

From June 2005

Hoping to give guests an even more refreshed look after their visits, hotel spas are tapping into the fountain of youth—without a Botox syringe in sight. Botorelax, at the Spa at Four Seasons Resort Aviara (North San Diego; 760/630-6800; www.fourseasons.com; doubles from $305), uses collagen-enhanced potions to plump facial lines. • Bermuda's Ocean Spa at Cambridge Beaches (800/468-7300; www.cambridgebeaches.com; doubles from $325) has the Lift Deluxe Facial, which aims to soften wrinkles with electric stimulation. • Therapists at Red Mountain Spa (St. George, Utah; 800/407-3002; www.redmountainspa.com; doubles from $418) wield tiny needles during the Acupuncture Facelift, which is said to diminish jowls. All admit results are fleeting, so don't skimp on prevention: pack that SPF 30.
