Rejoice! Singapore’s national carrier is honoring the Golden Jubilee with wildly low fares.

This past weekend, Singapore celebrated the 50th anniversary of its independence: and what better way to commemorate the milestone than by inviting people to visit with outrageously low airfares?

Singapore Airlines—which already decked out some of its aircraft in a commemorative Golden Jubilee livery—has announced a sale with $850 fares from select US departure points to Singapore in honor of the anniversary. And for $900, you can even find flights that continue on to other cities in Southeast Asia including Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Cebu, Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Yangon, Denpasar in Bali, and Surabaya.

Flights that are eligible for the deal must depart from either New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), San Francisco International Airport (SFO), and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). All travel must be between September 1 and May 31, 2016, and must be purchased before the fare sale ends on September 27.

Unfortunately, booking this deal will inevitably require a bit of trial and error, as blackout dates do apply. That said, there appear to be plenty of $850 flights available on the sale's landing page, so happy hunting. And happy birthday, Singapore.
