Beginning early fall 2015, guests dining aboard the Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn, and Seabourn Quest ships will enjoy appetizers, entrées, and desserts developed by the Michelin-starred chef. And it only gets better from there: Keller is also working on a new restaurant for the Seabourn Quest, to be revealed in Spring 2016. This new arrival will eventually be expanded to the entire Seabourn fleet. The Chef will also share his expertise as the line’s culinary advisor.
To say it’ll be exciting to see how Keller takes dining on the sea to a new level would be an understatement—it’s going to be downright delicious.
