On long weekends, santiaguinos seek refuge along Chile's 2,666-mile coast. Beaches popular with the teeny-bikini crowd are Las Salinas, Playa Amarillo, Cochoa, and the three-quarter-mile-long Reñaca, on the edge of Viña del Mar, a landscaped resort town 75 miles from Santiago. The 60-room Hotel del Mar (199 Avda.
