The Kor Group, known for eccentric hotels like the Viceroy Santa Monica and Maison 140, is taking its design sensibility to the home. The husband-and-wife duo tore down the Rossmore House apartment complex in Los Angeles's Hancock Park and rebuilt one- and two-bedroom residences in its place. At The Marlowe (445 N. Rossmore Ave.; 877/627-5693; from $1,900 a month), expect 360-degree views, concierge service, and celebrity neighbors; rumor has it Jack Black is eyeing a pad.
