Matthew Upchurch is the CEO of Virtuoso, a global community of luxury travel advisors—but that's not the only reason he prefers planning a trip with the help of a human over taking it to the Internet. According to an interview on the New York Times, Upchurch spends around 200 days on the road during the year.
