While other airlines have cut back on in-flight perks, Delta's new budget carrier, Song, is shaking things up—literally. Flight attendants are doubling as roving bartenders, mixing cocktails ($5) right by your seat. The Sky High Martini is shaken (or stirred) with Finlandia vodka and olives, then served in an oversized martini glass (half-filled to avoid spills). Twisted Madras (Southern Twist mixed with cranberry-apple and orange juices) goes well with anything off the à la carte menu—vegetable sushi, Asian chicken salad, fruit-and-cheese plate—devised by chef Michel Nischan, formerly of the W New York's Heartbeat restaurant.
