Luxury and gasoline seem as likely to mix as oil and water, but at Fuel Co. (901 E. Market St., Charlottesville, Va.; 434/220-0864), a new gas station-bistro combo, road-weary patrons can stop for pommes frites, croissants, even po'boys.
