Work up a sweat wherever you are.

Grokker: This fitness video-on-demand service has 20-minute ab classes and seven-minute cardio workouts (all from certified instructors) that you can squeeze in before hitting the buffet. Try five videos for free, or get unlimited access for $14.99 a month.

AllTrails: This popular free app maps out hikes and walks in the U.S. and Canada, including details like elevation, distance, and difficulty. Use it to find trails that hit a city’s main sites (like the Downtown Cleveland Highlights loop) or escape the pavement (such as the Bernal Heights Park Trail, with views over San Francisco Bay).

AirFit: AirFit is looking to popularize post-security airport gyms, starting with JFK’s Terminal 4; the company hopes the debut location will be open by May, and has 20 more locations in the works all across the globe. Use the app to locate the gyms and to pay for entry ($25 a day or $100 per month) and clothing rental.
